Amelia (Galvan) Pedroza, 87, of Olton, died Wednesday, March 18, 2020, in Olton.  Visitation will be held at Ramage Funeral Directors in Olton from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday, March 20, 2020.  Mass will be celebrated for immediate family only at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 21, 2020, at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Olton with Fr. Jacob Powell officiating.  Interment will follow at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Amelia was born June 1, 1932, in La Feria, Texas, to Eulogio and Nicolasa (Galvan) Gonzales.  She married Jose (Joe) Adrian Pedroza on March 16, 1958.  A lifetime Olton resident, Amelia was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.  She enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening, and being around babies.  Amelia will be greatly missed by all, especially her family, who will miss all the lectures she gave to them.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joe, in 1994.

Survivors include her son, Johnny Pedroza of Olton and two daughters, Diana Pedroza of Olton and Susan Magallanes and her husband Eddie of Olton.  She was blessed with eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
