Ann Criswell, 87, of Olton, died Monday, December 7, 2015, in Olton. Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 10, 2015, at Main Street Church of Christ in Olton with Mr. Brad Wangerin and Mr. Reydon Stanford officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Plainview under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Viola Ann Criswell was born May 2, 1928, in Canyon, Texas to J.L. and Gladys (Campbell) Ward. She was a lifetime area resident and member of Main Street Church of Christ. Ann was a talented seamstress, worked at Marse & Sons and Carolyn's Dress Shop, both in Plainview, and the Olton Library. Married to Wilbur Schreier, he preceded her in death in 1970. She married W.T. Criswell and he preceded her in death in 1993. She was also preceded in death by her parents, J.L. Ward and Gordon and Gladys Thomas and two brothers, J.L. Ward, Jr. and Sam Thomas.

Survivors include her son, Jimmy Schreier and his wife, Kay of Levelland, her daughter, Sharon Digby and her husband, Ronnie of Olton, and a sister, Gladys Harper of Olton. She was blessed with five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
