Bobby Dewayne Taylor, 60, of Hale Center, died Monday, February 4, 2019, in Plainview, Texas.  Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Littlefield Memorial Park in Littlefield, Texas with Brother Robert Malcom officiating and under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.  Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, February 6, 2019 in the Family Center at Ramage Funeral Directors in Hale Center.

Bobby was born June 22, 1958, in Lubbock, Texas, to Bobby Lloyd Taylor and Marilyn Tucker.  He was a lifetime area resident and was a cowboy.  Bobby was a kind and gentle man with an infectious laugh and heart of gold.  He never met a stranger and always went out of his way to help others.  He loved kids and enjoyed spoiling his daughter and grandchildren.  Gone too soon, Bobby will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Lloyd Taylor, his maternal grandparents, and his paternal grandfather.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Marilyn Keffer of Levelland, his paternal grandmother, Edna Taylor of Wolforth, his daughter, Laurie LaDuke and her husband Mitchell of Hale Center, two sons, Mikey Taylor of Lubbock and B.J. Taylor of Tulia, and three sisters, Deborah Kirkland of Ft. Worth, Renea Livesay of Littlefield, and LaJean Yoakum of Shallowater.  He was blessed with six grandchildren: Michaela, Jason, Jaden, Karson, Kynlee, and Kamdyn, and a host of nieces and nephews.
