Bobbye Workman, 73, of Olton, died Saturday, January 10, 2009 in Olton. Services will be at 2:30 PM, Monday, January 12, 2009 at First United Methodist Church in Olton with Brother Larry Holder officiating. Interment will follow in Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Bobbye was born November 13, 1935 in Aly, Arkansas to Dewey and Parlee Haynie. She married Bobby Workman June 23, 1953 in Halley, Arkansas. She moved to Olton in 1958 from McGehee, Ark and was a homemaker. Mrs. Workman greatly loved her sons and her grandchildren. She was also an avid cook, painter, and loved all kinds of crafts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby, in 1989.

Survivors include her sons, Keith Workman and his wife, Jelaine of Amarillo, and Kevin Workman and his wife, Kristie of Olton, three sisters, Billye Estes of Dundee, Mississippi, Pat Haynie Harris of Idabel, Oklahoma, and Trish Scott of Rohwer, Arkansas, four grandchildren, Stephanie Harris, Mitchell Workman, Kaci Workman, and Bobby Wayne Workman, and three great grandchildren, Chloe', Aiden, and Hannah Harris.
