Crescencio "Indio" Lopez, Jr., 64, of Earth, died Friday, July 27, 2018, in Earth.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Peter's Funeral Home in Cotulla, Texas. Local arrangements were under the care of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Indio was born February 13, 1954, in Plainview, Texas, to Crescencio and Maria (Guerra) Lopez.  He moved to Earth from Vernon and worked at Coyote Lake Feedyard for many years.  A talented artist, Indio could carve and draw just about anything.  He also enjoyed working with wood and breaking horses.  Indio was a loving father and will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his father, Crescencio Lopez, Sr., a son, Rodolfo Elisondo, a daughter, Mary Ellen Elisondo, three brothers, and a sister.

Those left to cherish his memory include his spouse of 26 years, Frances Elisondo Lopez of Earth, his mother, Maria Gloria Lopez of Encinal, two sons, Crescencio Lopez, III. of Burbank, CA and Jose Cruz of Hereford, five daughters, Maribel Bondurant of Aurora, Ill, Gloria Olson of Oswego, Ill, Elizabeth Lopez of Oswego, Ill, Skyla Marie Elisondo of Earth, and Crystal Willard of Littlefield, three brothers, Homero Lopez, Rojelio Lopez, and Derly Lopez, all of Encinal, and three sisters, Laura Lopez of Laredo, Miraya Maldonado of Encinal, and Maricela Ortega of Katy.  He was blessed with 17 grandchildren.
