Elizabeth Del Castillo, 35, of Olton, died Wednesday, March 31, 2021, in Lubbock.  Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, in Olton.  Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, with Fr. Jacob Powell officiating and under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 5, and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Ramage Funeral Directors, in Olton.

A lifetime Olton resident, Elizabeth was born July 21, 1985, in Plainview, Texas, to Jose and Marisela (Herrera) Cruz.  She married Ruben Del Castillo on December 29, 2001, and graduated from Olton High School in 2002.  A hard worker for her family, Elizabeth worked as a unit clerk at Runningwater Draw Care Center in Olton and was loved dearly by all her co-workers and friends.  She was also involved in her children's activities at school and served in the Olton Band Booster Club.  Elizabeth had a servant's heart and was always taking care of everyone.  She was a loving wife and mother and she will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents.

Survivors include her husband, Ruben Del Castillo of Olton, her son, Ruben Del Castillo, Jr. of Olton, four daughters, Virginia Del Castillo, Madison Del Castillo, Leticia Del Castillo, and Brianna Del Castillo, all of Olton, her parents, Jose and Marisela Cruz of Olton, two brothers, Antonio Herrera and Jose Ramirez, and two sisters, Irma Ramirez and Zoila Ramirez, both of Olton.
