Obituary
Ella H. Monroe, 90, of Lubbock, died Thursday, August 9, 2012. Memorial services will be held at 6:00 P.M., Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Ropesville United Methodist Church with Beverly Titus officiating and under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.
Ella was born September 10, 1921 in Guide Rock, Nebraska. In 1945, she married James C. Monroe and they moved to Lubbock. She was a beautician, specializing in manicures, and a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Monroe, in 1980.
Survivors include two daughters, Beverly Titus and her husband, Bill of Ropesville and Wanda Monroe of Midland, a sister, Addie Junge of Denver, CO, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
