Erasmo Garcia, 58, of Lubbock, died Saturday, February 4, 2017, in Lubbock. Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 11, 2017, at Holy Ghost Victory Praise in Lubbock, with Pastor Vicente Villalon officiating. Interment will follow at Hale Center Cemetery in Hale Center under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors of Hale Center.

Erasmo was born July 1, 1958, in Lubbock, to Jose and Tomasa (Gonzalez) Garcia. He worked in the vineyards in the Hale Center area for many years. Erasmo had the biggest heart and always saw the best in everyone. He was a member of Templo Christiano in Lubbock and fully enjoyed teaching the Bible and serving his church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mary Garcia, in 2009, and a brother, Robert Garcia, in 2011.

Survivors include two daughters, Letty Soto and husband, Elias of Lubbock and Sonia Garcia and husband Michael Quinn of San Antonio, two brothers, Jose M. Garcia of Lubbock and Luis Garcia of Lubbock, and two sisters, Graciela Garcia and Olga Garcia, both of Lubbock. He was blessed with seven grandchildren, Zachariah Martinez, Alyssa Martinez, Zoe Martinez, Kaylie Soto, Elianna Soto, Kaitlyn Quinn, and McKenzie Quinn.
