Esther Teniente Coronado, 78, of Olton, died Saturday, May 30, 2020, in Olton.  Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, June 1, 2020, at New Life Pentecost Church in Olton with Rev. Elias Morales officiating.  Interment will follow at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Maria Esther was born July 22, 1941, in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, to Eusebio Teniente Saenz and Maria Esther Perez Sandoval.  She married Candelario Coronado Landin in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico.  Esther moved to Olton in 2008 from Mexico and was a member of New Life Pentecost Church.  She was a hard worker and donated her time to the church.  Known as a prayer warrior, Esther will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Candelario Coronado, in 2010.

Survivors include three sons, Hilario Coronado, Sr. and his wife Ernestina of Olton, Candelario Coronado, Jr. and his wife Dolores of Reynosa, Mexico, and Octavio Coronado and his wife Dora of Matamoros, Mexico, six daughters, Deyanira Coronado of Brownsville, Olivia Delgado and her husband Mario of Olton, Aurora Coronado of Olton, Ana Maria Coronado Duenes and her husband Alejandro of Matamoros, Martha Corondo Hernandez and her husband Luis of Reynosa, Mexico, and Magdalena Coronado of Matamoros, Mexico, two brothers, Eusebio Teniente and Fernando Teniente, and three sisters, Teresa Teniente, Esperanza Teniente, and Olga Teniente.  She was blessed with 27 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
