Obituary
Gary Lawson, 70, of Olton, died Wednesday, May 1, 2013, in Olton. Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, May 3, at Olton Cemetery with Mr. Brad Wangerin officiating and under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.
Gary was born July 31, 1942, in Amherst, Texas to Drexel and Marie Miller Lawson. He was a lifetime Olton resident and member of Main Street Church of Christ. Gary enjoyed farming and especially enjoyed square dancing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Chris Lawson, in 2009.
Survivors include his son, Michael Lawson and his wife, Julie of Watauga, TX, one brother, Jim Lawson and his wife, Cynthia of Olton, and a sister Caroline Little and her husband, Jon of Austin. He was blessed with a granddaughter, Mia Lawson.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Runningwater Draw Care Center
