Gloria Lee Huguley, 85, of Olton, died Saturday, December 11, 2021, in Littlefield, Texas.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at the First Baptist Church in Olton, with Brother David Azam and Evangelist Dallas Carrasco officiating.  Interment will follow at Halfway Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.  Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., Monday, December 13, 2021, and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Ramage Funeral Directors.

Gloria was born March 7, 1936, in Maud, Oklahoma, to Charles and Vera (Presley) Bodkin.  She moved to Olton when she was nine years old and graduated from Olton High School in 1954.  On October 21, 1955, Gloria married the love of her life, Basil Don Huguley, in Clovis, New Mexico.  Gloria enjoyed helping out on the farm and she always had a big garden from which she canned many of the vegetables she grew.  She was an exceptional cook, enjoyed embroidery, and loved to dance.  Gloria collected Precious Moments figurines and Fenton baskets.  Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her joy and she loved spending time with them and watching them participate in their sports activities.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Basil Don Huguley, in 2001 and a daughter, Doniece Lawson.

Survivors include her son, Preston Huguley and his wife Shelley of Olton and her daughter, Stacy Catlett of Olton.  She was blessed with ten grandchildren: Amber Hokanson, Ashlee Breland, Lindsay Rejino, Chance Catlett, Nathan Catlett, Courtney Jimenez, Colby Catlett, Breely Huguley, Brennon Basil Don Huguley, and HalleeKate Huguley and nine great-grandchildren: Bailee, Rylee, Bentlee, Emily, Adi, Zander, Zepplin, Blaine, and Preslee.
