Hector Castillo, 47, of Ft. Worth and formerly of Olton, died Saturday, November 20, 2010 in Burleson. Services will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Trinity Baptist Church in Olton with Marcos Flores and Erik Flores, nephews, officiating. Interment will follow at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Hector was born April 7, 1963 in Olton, Texas to Joe and Juaqina Carabajal Castillo. He was a longtime Olton resident before moving to Ft. Worth a few years ago. Hector was a jack of all trades. He worked as a mechanic and was a talented handyman. He was a loving father, grandfather and good friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Castillo, a brother, Joe Henry Castillo, Jr., and a half-sister, Lydia Morales.

Survivors include his mother, Juaqina Castillo of Olton, one son, Alijah Castillo of Kansas City, MO, four daughters, Angie Hawkins of Plainview, Kayla Castillo of Rowlette, Natalie Castillo of Winter Springs, FL, and Linda Stephenson of Fern Park, FL, one brother, Ernest Castillo of Ft. Worth, three sisters, Jackie Martinez of Olton, Eloyes Mathews of Dimmitt, and Lupe Crum of Florida, and a half-sister, Irene Garcia of Beeville. He was blessed with six grandchildren.
