Obituary
Helen Lucille Hipp passed away November 30, 2007 in Olton, TX. She was 87. Services will be Monday, December 3, 2007 at the First Baptist Church in Olton with Brother Patrick Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow in Olton Cemetery.
Mrs. Hipp was born June 14, 1920 in Olton, TX to Loyd Cowart and Stella Schreier. She was a liftime Olton resident and graduated from Olton High School in 1938. She married Robert "Bob" Hipp, April 5, 1939 in Olton. She was the secretary at the First Baptist Church for 18 years before retiring in 1986.
Survivors include her husband, Bob of Olton, a son, Mike Hipp and his wife, LaVerna of Sulphur Springs, TX, a daughter, Karen Hipp of Montgomery, TX, a brother, James Cowart and his wife, Claira of Olton, TX, and sister, Hazel Price and her husband, Doc of West Point, CA.
Grandchildren include Jamie Hipp and his wife, Jenny of Denton, TX and Teri Meskimen and her husband, Jason of McKinney, TX.
Great Grandchildren are Noah, Landry, McKenna, and Jordan.
