Proudly stating his age of 90 this year, Juan Alvarez Mosqueda, of Olton, husband of Sara Gonzales Mosqueda, son of Antonio and Monica Mosqueda entered into heavenly peace on November 30, 2020.  He lived his life in the love of Christ honoring, praising, singing and lifting his hands in prayer.  He would tell you, "I'm praying for everybody."  He did.  He was a wonderful provider, genuine and friendly, but most of all a LOVING best friend, DAD, Grandpa!  His smile, laughter, and humor was bar none!  Juan was the last sibling to pass of the exceptionally talented Mosqueda musicians. ["Los Ricos Ricos" dad!]

His four children include Alfonso G. Mosqueda and wife, Joanie R. Mosqueda, Alicia Esquivel, Juan Mosqueda, Jr. and wife Katherina Mosqueda, and Julie Ann Newton.  He has 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.  He is very much loved and will never be forgotten.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 3, 2020, at Olton Cemetery with Fr. Jacob Powell officiating and under the care of Ramage Funeral Directors.  Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. and the rosary will be said from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ramage Funeral Directors in Olton.

May all remember the faith he always had and preached, his strong Catholic Christian standing, and how proud he was of all his family!  Here's to the greatest love we've ever known!
