Juanita Antonia Perez, 46, of Earth, Texas, died Saturday, January 25, 2025, in Olton, Texas.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2025 and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Ramage Funeral Directors, in Olton.

Juanita was born April 2, 1978, in Chandler, Arizona, to Roberto Avalos Perez and Santa Angelita Arce Flores.  A lifetime Earth resident and member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, Juanita enjoyed getting her hair done and wearing jewelry and necklaces so she could look pretty. She loved listening to music and coloring.  Juanita was very feisty and her laugh was contagious.

Juanita was preceded in death by her father, Roberto Avalos Perez.

Survivors include the father of her children, Bonifacio Chavez Suarez of Earth, her daughters, Marisella Chavez and husband Jose Avila of Earth and Alexandra Chavez of Plainview, her mother, Santa Angelita Arce Flores of Sudan, two brothers, Juan Montemayor and wife Patricia of Houston and Pedro Perez and wife Lulu of Lubbock, four sisters, Anita Montemayor and husband Miguel Martinez of Sudan, Helen Montemayor of Midland, Bertha Perez of Georgia, and Martha Perez of South Carolina. She was blessed with two grandchildren: Leonel Avila and Celeste Avila.
