Lizbeth Orozco, 15, of Earth, died Friday, June 22, 2018, in Lubbock.  Rosary will be said at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Olton.  Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Fr. Sylvester D'Souza officiating.  Interment will follow at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Lizbeth was born July 15, 2002, in Muleshoe, Texas, to Juan Orozco and Gabriela Ortiz.  She moved to Earth from Muleshoe last year and attended Springlake-Earth High School.  Lizbeth loved horses.  She was a talented jockey and enjoyed racing horses. Always being silly and laughing, Lizbeth was a bright light in many people's lives.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Guadalupe Venzor, her maternal grandfather, Pablo Ortiz, and an uncle, Luis Orozco.

Survivors include her father, Juan Orozco, Jr. of Muleshoe, her mother, Gabriela Orozco of Earth, her paternal grandfather, Juan Orozco Sr. of Mexico, her maternal grandmother, Cliofas Ruiz of Mexico, four brothers, Juan C. Orozco and his wife Jessica of Olton, Eric Orozco and his wife Alex of Olton,  David Orozco and Herman Orozco, both of Earth, her sister, Jennifer Orozco of Earth, two nieces and two nephews.
