Luis Pedroza, 80, of Olton, died Saturday, December 4, 2010 in Olton. Rosary will be said at 6:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Olton. Mass will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 9, 2010 at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Fr. John Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Luis Manuel was born October 10, 1930 to Luis and Maria Ruiz Pedroza. He married Maria Dolores Guerra in Tucson, Arizona on December 13, 1949. He moved to Olton in 1950 and was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. He loved to sing, to tell stories, and especially getting together with his family.

He was preceded in death by a son, Joe Luis Pedroza in 1977 and three brothers, Cirilo Pedroza, Frank Pedroza, and Jose Pedroza.

Survivors include his wife, Maria Dolores Pedroza of Olton, four sons, Luis Manuel Pedroza III of San Antonio, Toby Pedroza of San Antonio, Eduardo Pedroza of San Antonio, and Rojelio Pedroza of Grovetown, GA, six daughters, Dolores Salinas of Olton, Alicia Pedroza of Lubbock, Lydia Tallent of Concord, N.C., Yolanda Pastrano of Lubbock, Rosa Garcia of Olton, and Christina Falcon of Olton, two brothers, Mario Pedroza of Woodrow, and Mike Pedroza of Olton, and one sister, Mary Pedroza of Olton. He was blessed with thirty grandchildren and forty-six great-grandchildren.
