Maria Dolores Pedroza, 86, of Olton, died Friday, February 9, 2024, at her home in Olton, Texas. Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Olton. Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Fr. Alex Ambrose officiating.  Interment will follow at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors. Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 13, at Ramage Funeral Directors.

Maria was born August 18, 1937, in Alamo, Texas, to Anacleto and Herlinda (Solar) Guerra.  She married Luis Manuel Pedroza on December 13, 1949. In 1950, Maria moved to Olton and was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church.  She had a positive outlook on life and always said "Life is beautiful". Outdoor activities made her happy as she enjoyed gardening and fishing. Maria was a strong woman and her family meant the world to her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luis Manuel Pedroza, two sons, Joe Luis Pedroza and Luis Pedroza III, three brothers, and two sisters.

Survivors include three sons, Toby Pedroza and wife Delma of San Antonio, Eddie Pedroza and wife Renae of San Antonio, and Roy Pedroza and wife Brigitte of Clarksville, TN, and six daughters, Dolores Salinas and husband Bobby of Olton, Alicia Pedroza of Olton, Lydia Tallent and husband David of Amarillo, Yolanda Pastrano and husband Carlos of Lubbock, Rosa Garcia and husband Genio of Olton, and Christina Falcon and husband Larry of Olton. She was blessed with 27 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren, and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
