Obituary
Mary Louise Martinez died Thursday, November 6, 2008 in Olton. Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, November 8, 2008 at First Baptist Church in Olton with Rev. Valentine Martinez officiating. Interment will be at Plainview Memorial Park in Plainview under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.
Mary was born March 7, 1951 in Snyder, Texas. She was a devoted mother to six children and adored by her twenty grandchildren. She was a member of Living Faith Christian Church and loved her Lord.
She is survived by her mother, Lupe Martinez of Olton, three sons, Gabriel Martinez of Navasota, TX, Leo Molina of Olton, and Ernest Matthew Garcia of Hereford, three daughters, Rachel Garcia and Virginia Enriquez both of Hereford, and Kathy Romero of Ft. Worth, ten brothers, Alfredo Martinez of Madison, Nebraska, Adolfo Martinez of Olton, Antonio Martinez of Lubbock, Francisco Martinez of Odessa, Ricardo Martinez of Madison, Nebraska, Eloi Martinez of Lubbock, Baldo Martinez Jr of Olton, Benny Martinez of Olton, Valentine Martinez of Olton, and Juan Martinez of Lubbock. She also has six sisters, Olga Balderas of Plainview, Janie Perez of Olton, Yolanda Perez of Olton, Margaret Nickens of Plainview, Angelita Rodriguez, and Guadalupe Garcia of San Angelo, and twenty grandchildren.
