Nadine Motley, 96, of Olton, died Tuesday, September 1, 2020, in Olton.  Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 4, 2020, at Olton Cemetery with Mr. Joe Carrasco officiating and under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 3, 2020, at Ramage Funeral Directors.

Nadine was born July 13, 1924, to JW and Dorothy Barnett and married Raymond Motley on July 15, 1941, in Bridgeport, Texas.  Moving to Olton in 1955, Nadine was a member of Main Street Church of Christ.  Nadine enjoyed gardening and working in the yard.  She was an excellent canner and cook and she especially loved canning all her home grown veggies.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Motley, in 1999, two sons, Weldon Motley and Carl Motley, and a brother.

Survivors include six grandchildren, Donna Poston and husband Rex of Lubbock, Bobby Motley and wife Carla of Honey Grove, Gary Motley of Olton, Mike Motley and wife Loretta of Avinger, Connie Weston and husband Jeff of Big Timber, MT, and Gayle Quigley and husband Darryl of Olton.  She was blessed with nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
