He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need and was known for having a huge heart.
Robert Garcia, 54, of Olton, Texas, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2026, in Olton. He was born December 3, 1971, in Abernathy, Texas, and was a lifelong resident of Olton. Services are pending with Ramage Funeral Directors.
Robert worked for many years as a private security guard in the Amarillo area. He was a proud, organized, hardworking, selfless, and brave man who gave everything his all. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need and was known for having a huge heart and for being willing to give anyone the shirt off his back.
Robert attended First Baptist Church and enjoyed the simple things in life, especially riding his motorcycle. Above all, he loved his family deeply. He was devoted to his children and especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Robert is survived by his children, Christopher Garcia of Littlefield; Timothy Garcia of Lubbock; and Brittanie Garcia of Lubbock; his siblings, Roy Garcia of Olton; David Garcia of Lubbock; Angie Reyna, Elizabeth Garcia, and Amanda Garcia, all of Olton; and Jennifer Garcia of San Antonio; nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews that loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raul and Josie Garcia.
Robert will be remembered for his strength, generosity, courage, and willingness to help others. Most of all, he will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the many lives he touched along the way.
