Rodolfo "Rudy" Gloria, 78, of Littlefield and formerly of Olton, died Thursday, December 6, 2012, in Littlefield. A vigil service will be held at 7:00 P.M., Friday, December 7, 2012, at the First United Methodist Church in Olton. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, December 8, 2012, at the First United Methodist Church with Brother Larry Holder officiating. Interment will follow at Littlefield Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Rodolfo was born August 17, 1934, in Goldthwaite, TX to Gregorio and Martina Rogers Gloria. He worked for Olton ISD for 17 years and was lovingly known as "Rudy". He married Josefa Rivera July 18, 1998, in Olton. Rudy was never without a smile and enjoyed listening to music and singing. His greatest love was his grandchildren and they will forever miss their Grandpa Rudy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Rebecca Morin, a brother, Zaripio Gloria, and a granddaughter, Hannah Spoon in 2009.

Survivors include his wife, Josefa Gloria of Littlefield, one son, Cristobal Flores of Wolforth, seven daughters, Terri Jaso of Olton, Yolanda Villanueva of Bentonville, Ark., Linda Roberts of Lubbock, Ester Seawright of Olton, Dorothy Cordero of Olton, Angela Delacruz of Olton, and Kimberly Spoon of Littlefield. He was blessed with 26 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
