Timothy Scott Hernandez

Timothy Scott Hernandez, 46, of Olton, Texas, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday,  July 16, 2026, at Living Faith Christian Church in Olton with Pastor Valentine Martinez officiating and under the care of Ramage Funeral Directors. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Living Faith Christian Church in Olton. 

Scott was born May 27, 1980, in Dimmitt, Texas, to Tomas Hernandez and Gloria Perez. He moved to Olton in 2023 from Odessa. A talented plumber, Scott also worked in construction and was known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others.

Scott loved being around people and had a gift for bringing family and friends together. He enjoyed all kinds of music, traveling for work, and spending time with his nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Menchor and Angelita Hernandez, and his grandfather, Domingo Perez.

Scott is survived by his parents, Tomas Hernandez and Gloria P. Hernandez; his grandmother, Maria Perez; his brother, Terence Hernandez; his sister, Gina Hernandez; his fiancée, Kimberly Washington; a nephew, two nieces, two great nephews and many extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.
