Victor Armendariz, 72, of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Earth Memorial Cemetery, in Earth, Texas, with Mr. Miguel Armendariz officiating and under the care of Ramage Funeral Directors of Olton.

Victor was born on February 21, 1953, in Meoqui, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Ruben and Victoria (Cardona) Armendariz. He worked as a cement mason and had lived in the Albuquerque area for over 40 years. Victor loved to fish and especially enjoyed making fish stew. He also had a passion for plants and gardening and liked working outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Blanca Estella Armendariz.

Survivors include five brothers: Ruben Armendariz of Las Cruces, Gerardo Armendariz and Iram Armendariz, both of Bernalillo, Miguel Armendariz of Santa Fe, and Juan Armendariz of Chihuahua; and five sisters: Manuela Armendariz of Rio Rancho, Maria Elena Armendariz of Santa Fe, Idelia Armendariz of Kansas, Angelica Armendariz of Earth, Texas, and Juana Guadalupe Armendariz of Chihuahua.
