Victoria Armendariz Cardona, 86, of Earth, died Thursday, October 29, 2020, in Amarillo.  Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at Earth Memorial Cemetery in Earth, under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Victoria was born June 15, 1934, in San Francisco, Durango, Mexico, to Vicente and Juana (Barraza) Cardona.  She married Ruben Armendariz in 1950 and he preceded her in death in 1994.  Moving to Earth in 2017 from Mexico, Victoria was a strong Christian and enjoyed reading her bible. She often could be found witnessing to others about the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

Victoria is survived by six sons: Ruben Armendariz of Las Cruces, Victor Armendariz of Albuquerque, Gerardo Armendariz of Albuquerque, Iram Armendariz of Bernalillo, Miguel Armendariz of Santa Fe, and Juan Armendariz of Chihuahua, six daughters: Blanca Armendariz of Chihuahua, Manuela Armendariz of Rio Rancho, Maria Elena Armendariz of Santa Fe, Idelia Armendariz of Kansas, Angelica Armendariz of Earth, and Juana Guadalupe Armendariz of Chihuahua.  She was blessed with 28 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
