Obituary
Virginia Moss, 85, of Olton, died Thursday, September 10, 2009 in Midland. Services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Main Street Church of Christ in Olton with Mr. Mike Reed officiating. Interment will follow at Olton Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.
Virginia was born July 28, 1924 in Tahoka, TX. She married C.M. Moss August 15, 1941 in Olton. She was a lifetime Olton resident and member of Main Street Church of Christ. She was the Olton I.S.D.'s tax assessor collector for over twenty years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.M. in 1999 and a son, Steve Moss in 2008.
Survivors include her son, Max Moss of Hereford, TX, two daughters, Sherry Moss of Streetman, TX, and Marsha Keasler of Midland, TX, six grandchildren, Staci Moss, David Merrell, Jennifer Middleton, Amanda Moss, Morgan Moss, and Daniel Vance. She was also blessed with one great-grandchild, Jessica Merrell.
Memorials may be made to the Olton Volunteer Ambulance Association P.O. Box 1087 Olton, TX 79064.
