Ramage Funeral Directors has provided funeral services for families in Hale & Lamb County. We take great pride in our funeral services, our focus is to provide individualized funeral services designed to meet the needs of each family. We are happy to guide you through all aspects of your loved one's funeral or memorial service.
Our history
I grew up in Olton, the son of Charles and Francine (Struve) Ramage. My grandparents were Robert and Kathleen Ramage of Spade, TX and Frank and Maxine Struve of Olton, TX. I graduated from Olton High School in 1991. I attended McMurry University in Abilene and graduated with a BS degree in education. It was at McMurry that I found my wonderful wife, Stacie. She was raised in Amarillo and currently is the principal at H.P.Webb Elementary in Olton. We were married in 1995 and moved to Dallas to attend the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. I completed the Mortuary Science program in August 1996. I have served at funeral homes in Borger, TX, Dumas, TX, and currently in Olton, TX and am honored now to add Hale Center, TX to this list. Stacie completed the Amarillo College Funeral Directing Program in May 2009 and currently works alongside me in this ministry. Stacie and I have three beautiful children; Zachary, 23, graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 2020 and is the proud daddy to Harper Rae; Bryson, 20, and currently enrolled at West Texas A&M University; and Analise, 16, a junior at Olton High School. Besides operating the funeral homes, I farm the land my grandfather, Frank Struve, grew up on, located 12 miles west of Hale Center.
